There are times when a kind word from someone is the best medicine. Nothing makes a patient feel better than a personal communication that lets them know you’re thinking about them.
You can send an e-mail message to any patient in North Texas Medical Center. All you need to know is the patient’s name.
The volunteers deliver the messages Monday through Friday. Messages sent on Saturday and Sunday will be delivered the following Monday.
Messages received after 3:00 p.m. will be delivered the next day.
There is no current return mail service that allows the patient to respond to your message.
Please understand that if the individual that you have sent the message to has left the hospital, your message will be destroyed. There is no mechanism for us to return the message to you.
