Mission Statement

Mission:
"It is the Mission of North Texas Medical Center to provide high quality healthcare which is accessible, personalized and affordable, in a fashion that will assure continued availability to the residents of Cooke County."

Our Commitment to Quality:
When it comes to Quality, we want to be the “Best in the Race”.

North Texas Medical Center is committed to healthcare excellence! We know that it is the daily pursuit of excellence that creates an environment of confidence for our patients, their families and friends. Our goal is to earn that confidence.

Our strategy is to build quality from the foundation up. Nursing and ancillary staff are carefully chosen for their service spirit, as well as, their education and training. Our physicians are open to your questions and concerns as they keep you informed about your progress and results of tests and treatments.

We measure how well we are doing! For customer satisfaction, we use the survey industry leader, Press Ganey®. We also evaluate medical and nursing management of certain illnesses and diagnoses using nationally recognized standards. Too, we are alert and responsive to media releases about healthcare issues.

After you go home, please answer your Press Ganey ® questionnaire and let us know if we exceeded your expectations. If we could have done better, please tell us that too.

Any time you have a question or a concern about your care, or if you would just like to tell us about how you think we are doing, please call our Chief Quality Officer at (940) 612-8604.

Concern Line:
You may also voice concerns related to ethical or quality issues, compliments, or suggestions via our confidential voice-mail at (940) 612-8324.
