North Texas Medical Center
Commitment to Quality

Mission:  "It is the Mission of North Texas Medical Center to provide high quality healthcare which is accessible, personalized and affordable, in a fashion that will assure continued availability to the residents of Cooke County."

Patient Reps:  We have many processes in place to ensure the quality care you deserve.  We strive to provide the best clinical care as well as making you feel comfortable and confident.  If at any time you have questions or needs that you feel are not being addressed by your healthcare team, please speak with any of the Patient Contact Representatives available throughout our facility.  Many areas provide satisfaction surveys for your input.

Concern Line:  You may also voice concerns related to ethical or quality issues, compliments, or suggestions via our confidential voice-mail at (940) 612-8324

Grievance Process:  If you feel you have an issue that requires further attention, you may speak with a representative about filing a formal complaint.  A summary of all formal complaints is taken to the hospital's Grievance Committee, which includes a member of the hospital district governing board.
